For any message you send or chat placed, please let us know with whom we are chatting. If you are confirming a future scheduled appointment, please give us the date you are coming (or not coming).
The Chat feature is meant ONLY for NON-URGENT scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, directions, confirmations of upcoming appointments. Otherwise, use patient portal. Patient portal is the best method to communicate with our office 24 hours per day for non-emergent requests such as Self-scheduling appointments, Requests for refills, Questions about your medical treatment, and more.
